Reiki therapy is a holistic, gentle energy work process that assists in physical, mental and emotional healing. It is a simple, effective and powerful method of natural healing.
Reiki raises the vibrational level in and around the physical body, where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. The block is lifted up to a higher field of energy, feeling cooler or the block is melted away feeling hot. Once the Ki (life energy) is flowing naturally, the physical organs and tissues are then able to complete their healing process.

Appointments are available during the day, the evening and on weekends.
The Reiki session lasts anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. During the session you can keep your eyes open or you can close them. You can stay fully awake or you can drift off to a light sleep. You can remain silent or you can converse with me. The choice is yours. The Reiki will flow and heal regardless.

I love Reiki because it is so gentle. Come to my home office and relax on a reiki table. Feel the energy flow through you...healing. This is also wonderful as long distance healing over the phone...or I can assist you at a specific agreed upon time...
What is Reiki used for?
Reiki is used to direct energy to help heal your body and/or emotional well-being. For example, we know sometimes the hurts we hold in our shoulders could be exuberated by the stress we have in our lives. And then again sometimes, the hurts we have in our shoulders are because we lifted something to heavy, or maybe arthritis is setting in.
